This one is looking good, one thing I would suggest is blocking it in first. Focus on the "Major" color first like her skin and her hair her suite. Then after your happy with those basic colors go in and do your details like hair strands, shadows, and wrinkles, etc. You need to have a cake before you can put the icing on it. : )
